My computer mouse is making a scruffy sound. There’s nothing on the bottom that appears to be causing this.

My brother and I were IM’ing and our conversation was interrupted. I looked back at my screen moments later and noticed I had typed, “if i can get” and I was like, “what did i want? I have no idea what i was wanting. WHAT did I want?” Such a mystery.
