Chicago 2016 Olympics file applicant file

On Friday, the Chicago Olympics Committee released to the public its response to the International Olympic Committee Applicant City Questionnaire was submitted to the IOC headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. The Applicant File is the first official document sent to the IOC and gives a detailed glimpse into Chicago’s concept for the Games.

Download the 88 page pdf here. It’s a must-have item for any Olympics junkie and/or any person who loves the city of Chicago.

One quick observation. The choice of photography is great. There’s some perspectives of the Chicago that I have never seen. It’s clear that they want to show a lot of green space in the photos.
